Who we are

Studio (“the application”) is an internal production tool built and operated by ideas.club, an independent Catholic content producer based in Madrid, Spain. The application is used exclusively by its owner to produce and publish documentary episodes on the YouTube channels the owner controls: Los Santos de Dios, Os Santos de Deus and The Saints of God.

The application is not available to the general public. It has no public sign-up, no third-party users and no customers.

YouTube API Services

Studio uses YouTube API Services to manage the owner’s own channels — uploading videos and caption files produced by the owner, organizing playlists, updating descriptions and metadata of the owner’s videos, reading the owner’s own channel analytics, and reading and replying to comments left on the owner’s videos.

By using this application you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What data we handle

• Channel authorization. When a channel is connected, Google returns an OAuth refresh token. It is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to obtain short-lived access tokens for the operations described above.
• Channel content and metrics. Titles, descriptions, playlists, captions, comments and aggregate analytics of the owner’s own channels.
• Operator account. The email address and authentication session of the person operating the application.

We do not collect data about third-party channels, we do not scrape YouTube, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.

Where data lives

Application data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU region) and media files in Backblaze B2 object storage. Access is restricted to the owner’s authenticated session; secrets and provider keys are encrypted at rest and never returned in API responses or logs.

Retention and revoking access

Authorization data is kept while a channel remains connected. Disconnecting a channel inside the application deletes its stored token immediately.

You may also revoke this application’s access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page. Revoking access stops all API operations immediately.

YouTube data cached by the application is refreshed or discarded within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Children

The application is a professional production tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly process data of anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new revision date.
